VetMeadow
Early-stage project · Listening first

Better vet clinic software starts with listening.

VetMeadow is a small, early-stage project from Finland. We want to build software for veterinary clinics, but before writing a line of code we're asking vets, nurses, technicians and clinic staff what really gets in the way of their day.

12 optional questions · anonymous unless you leave your email

What we've heard so far

The same frustrations keep coming up.

They come from public conversations among vets and clinic teams, in forums and software reviews. We want to hear whether they match your experience.

Too many clicks

Simple tasks spread over many tabs and steps, with the same information typed in more than once.

Slow or glitchy systems

Lag, freezes and outages in the middle of a busy clinic day.

After-hours paperwork

Records and admin that spill into evenings and weekends.

Feedback that goes nowhere

Feature requests and bug reports that never seem to get answered.

Our promise

No launch-and-forget.

Plenty of clinic software is sold, set up and then left alone. We want VetMeadow to work differently.

Got a frustration, an idea, or a “why does it work like this?” moment? Tell us. Every message is read by Anko and gets a personal reply.

Who's behind this

Hi, I'm Anko Weidlich.

I live in Finland and I love animals. I'm not a vet, which is exactly why I want to learn from people who are before building anything.

VetMeadow is at the very beginning. There's no product yet, nothing to buy, and no list of customers. Right now it's just me asking questions and taking your answers seriously.
